At Sunshine Wire we manufacture wires and cables extruded in Teflon”r” to meet todays most demanding and stringent specifications. Presently we extrude wires using ETFE Tefzel, FEP Teflon , and PFA Teflon. We extrude single strand and litz wire constructions in gauges from 20AWG down to 38AWG . Teflon ® insulation thicknesses start at 0.05mm for our fine strand wires and we offer Single, Double and Triple insulation depending on our customers request and application. Our conductors include Tin-Plated Copper, OFC copper, Nickel Plated Copper and other conductor on request.

Applications for Teflon coated wires include Transformer Winding Wire, Medical Wire, Sensor Cable, High Temperature Wire, and wire and cable used in harsh environments.We offer stock designs or can custom design and manufacture wires and cable based on your specification or application.
